Salary & Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $110,000–$120,000
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day branch operations to meet business, staffing, and service goals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and service excellence
  • Drive financial performance by managing budgets, payroll, billing, and cost control
  • Ensure contract compliance, licensing adherence, and regulatory oversight
  • Perform business development for the region.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop site-level leadership teams and frontline employees
  • Conduct site visits, audits, and after-hours/weekend inspections
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and employee retention initiatives
  • Partner with corporate and division teams on strategic planning and implementation
  • Represent ADM in community outreach and local public safety partnerships

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of multi-site management in contract security (5,000+ hours/week preferred)
  • Experience in operations, account management, financial oversight, and team leadership
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to remain flexible and on-call 24/7 for critical branch matters
  • Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR check
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
