This supervisory role is based at a prestigious Class A high-rise in downtown Austin and requires a dynamic, trustworthy leader committed to delivering superior customer service. The successful candidate will oversee a 24/7 security force, supervising officers across multiple shifts, and ensuring consistent operational excellence.

The candidate must:
Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising security personnel, preferably in a commercial real estate or Class A office building environment.
Incident Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to respond to and manage security incidents involving tenants, law enforcement, and property management teams, with a focus on clear communication and resolution
Technology Proficiency: Working knowledge of modern security systems including access control platforms, CCTV monitoring software, and digital incident reporting tools. Must also be proficient with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook
Team Leadership & Training: Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a security team to maintain high standards of professionalism, vigilance, and customer service.
Customer Service Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage security protocols while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for tenants and visitors.
Ability to multitask and have Scheduling Flexibility, as position may be on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
