This supervisory role is based in the Dallas area and requires a dynamic, trustworthy leader committed to delivering superior customer service. The successful candidate will oversee a 24/7 security force, supervising officers across multiple shifts, and ensuring consistent operational excellence.
o Lead by example to foster a culture of professionalism, integrity, and responsiveness.
o Supervise and support security officers across various shifts, ensuring adherence to post orders and operational protocols.
o Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the assigned property, including facilities, emergency procedures, contact lists, and special instructions.
o Take full ownership of the account, proactively managing client relations and ensuring satisfaction.
o Coordinate service delivery in collaboration with regional staff to meet and exceed client expectations.
o Serve as a brand ambassador for both the client and ADM Security Solutions, representing both with professionalism.
o Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
o Enforcement of client and company policies and procedures.
o Observation and reporting of security concerns and safety hazards.
o Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property.
o Reporting all pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager, the client and other Admiral/ADM Department Managers as appropriate.
o Interaction with a variety of people including clients, tenants, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public.
o Conduct on the job training for newly hired staff.
o Assure proper use, and maintenance of all equipment used at the site by assigned officers (keys/key cards, cell phones, radios, etc.).
o Responsible for scheduling officers to ensure complete coverage.
o Conduct inspections of officers, appearances, licenses and uniforms.
o Review written reports and sign-in sheets to ensure clarity, completeness, accuracy, and legibility.
o Administer the appropriate level of disciplinary action to include proper documentation and performance improvement plans.
o Review Post Orders and make recommendations for changes to senior management.
o Report any major disciplinary problems or complaints of discrimination, sexual harassment, or unfair labor practices to ADM management immediately.
o Attend meetings with ADM management and the client to provide updates and coordinate events at the site.
o Perform other duties as assigned.
